Read through the common questions we get asked, to understand more about our services and some key tips to business finances.
There are a lot of things that make up a cashflow confidence coach. I myself provide a broad range of coaching avenues, based on all my years of experience across various industries, but it is primarily asking "What do you want, and how will we get you there?"
If you look at your business Profit and Loss statement and don’t understand much of it except that it looks like you made a profit or loss at the bottom, then you should probably engage my services. I'll explain what all those numbers mean for you, and while I’m there, I’ll give you an education into your business financials and what all your numbers are telling you about your business.
This depends on how much you want to pay yourself and what your business can afford to pay you. You need to know your personal budget/expenses and you need to know your future goals. These two influence how much you should be paying yourself.
Are you maximising all your expenses, including paying yourself more super? If your business is paying tax, ask yourself:
- Am I putting in as much into my superfund as I can?
- How am I putting it in?
- Is it a company deduction, salary sacrifice or personal contribution?
The cost is irrelevant if you’re not 100% committed to change, as I will only work with those who are committed to change.
